Key Responsibilities

  • Wash, degrease, and detail equipment including skid steers, excavators, aerial lifts, generators, and other rental units
  • Use pressure washers, degreasers, and hand tools to remove dirt, mud, grease, and debris from equipment surfaces
  • Inspect equipment during washing and flag visible damage, leaks, or maintenance concerns to the shop supervisor
  • Prepare equipment for delivery by ensuring a clean, professional appearance
  • Move equipment safely within the yard and shop as needed for washing and staging
  • Maintain wash bay equipment, tools, and work area in clean, safe, and organized condition

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

Work Environment & Schedule

This position works primarily outdoors and in a shop/yard setting, with exposure to noise, weather, water, and cleaning chemicals. Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay ($13.00-$15.00/hour)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Opportunities for growth into mechanic and shop support roles
  • A supportive, team-oriented work environment

OHR Rents is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
