Lot Washer

The Lot Washer is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on the dealership lot are clean and presentable.

The Lot Washer is supervised by the Recon Manager.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Wash the exterior of cars using appropriate equipment
  • Clean and sanitize the interior of vehicles, including vacuuming carpets, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the windows are spotless.
  • Ensure vehicles are free from dirt, dust, and debris to maintain a polished appearance
  • Report any maintenance issues with equipment or tools to management
  • Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Maintain a valid local area driver's license and immediately inform management of any changes in its status.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.
  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
  • Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policies.
  • Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designated by management.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
  • Ensure that work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean
  • Minimum Hiring Requirements

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • 18 years or older
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in state of residence
    • A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
