Location: Warsaw Meadows Care Center, located in Warsaw, IN

Position Type: Full Time

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)ย to join our rehabilitation team. This position plays a vital role in providing exceptional therapy services to our residents, promoting independence, and improving quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to residents in alignment with established standards, company procedures, and productivity guidelines, as directed by the OT.

  • Conduct resident screenings at regular intervals to assess the need for intervention or treatment, as permitted by state practice laws and company policies.

  • Collaborate with the OT to assist in developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each resident.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and communicate resident progress to the OT and interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Associateโ€™s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and certification requirements.
