A 'Warner' is a professional responsible for issuing warnings or alerts, typically in industries such as railway operations, construction, or event management. Their presence helps reduce the risk of incidents, making them an essential part of safety protocols in various sectors.

What are some typical challenges faced by a Warner in their daily responsibilities?
