Job description
* Cultivate strong, trusted working relationships with our Air Force Nuclear Enterprise sponsors by understanding their needs and helping them solve their toughest problems.
* Lead and contribute to technical products that enable data-driven decisions and result in impactful mission outcomes. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills for interaction with sponsors, project leaders, team members, and other government agencies. Must have the ability to coordinate and collaborate across engineering teams and with representatives from a wide range of government, not-for-profit, and commercial organizations. * Experience working in collaborative team environments.
* Broad technical knowledge of the defense acquisition system policy and guidance.
* Broad technical knowledge of the nuclear enterprise.
* Ability to self-organize with minimal oversight.
* This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance within one year of the hire date.
* Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements for a clearance, U.S. Citizenship is required. * This position is fully on-site Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working major defense acquisition programs (MDAPs).
