Job description

Duties / Responsibilities

 

·         Manages the day to day operations to ensure safe, accurate and efficient processing of orders.  Daily activities include but not limited to receiving, shipping, repack, inspection, kitting and parcel shipments.

·         Maintain accurate inventory, conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies

·         Strong understanding of safety compliance while maintaining an organized and clean working environment.

·         Coordinate and effectively communicate with logistics analysts and to best coordinate daily activities.

·         Daily reporting and maintain and exceed key performance indicators.

·         Oversee proper handling of paperwork and WMS updates.

·         Manage and maintain work instructions.

·         Collaborate with internal and external resources to optimize operational performance.

Required skills

·         5 years of supervision in warehouse or industrial environment is MUST.

·         Strong leadership and management skills in warehouse/supply chain management.

·         Experienced in accuracy, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

·         Knowledge of WMS.

·         Exposure to web, MS products and other software’s.
