Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our telecommunications team. The Warehouse Associate will receive, organize, and distribute equipment, tools, and materials to the appropriate departments within the company. The ideal candidate should have experience with warehouse inventory management and knowledge of telecommunications equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of equipment, tools, and materials.
    • Proficient Google Workspace and or adaptive to learning.
      • Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet
  • Organize and label inventory in the warehouse according to established procedures.
    • Computer skills to create labels
    • Operate Forklift to move around Equipment on Pallets
  • Accurately record inventory in the company's database.
  • Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for shipment to project sites.
  • Assist with the assembly and disassembly of equipment.
  • Communicate with project managers to ensure the correct equipment is delivered to the correct job site.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Operate Company Vehicle for material pickup/drop off from vendors
    • Able to inventory and confirm all items are accounted for prior to leaving the pickup/drop off location.
    • Label and send an email to project managers that the material has been picked up and staged.
  • Assist with regular vehicle inspections, arranging maintenance when necessary
  • Refuel vehicles and ensure they’re always ready for use

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to work out of either of our warehouses located in Ontario, CA and Anaheim, CA.
