Job description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Logan. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety.
This position offers flexibility, with responsibilities that may vary based on the daily operational needs of the warehouse. This is a general application for multiple openings across different teams, providing opportunities to contribute in various areas of the operation.
We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles.
Key Responsibilities
Required
  • Receive and Process Shipments: Unload trucks, verify shipments, and process incoming products.
  • Inventory Control: Stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory with accuracy.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Workplace Organization: Keep work areas, equipment, and aisles clean and organized.
  • Inspect and Report: Check products for damages and report discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Able to lift 25-50 lbs, bend, kneel, push/pull pallet jacks or heavy carts, and stand for the entire shift.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to stay on task with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and time management abilities.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Forklift certification preferred (but not required).
  • Must be able to commit to the full season or one year of employment, depending on the position.
