Job description

Endries International Inc. has an opening for a 3rd Shift Senior Warehouse Associate!  We provide flexible scheduling, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates!

The Senior Warehouse Associate will work to efficiently move product through an assigned area to meet customer’s standards. The primary objective is to coordinate all orders received in the warehouse.  This includes referencing our shipping schedule, releasing orders in the correct order, processing them in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and assigning them to the proper warehouse staff. They are an expert in required functional area of the warehouse and assist with training other associates. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization’s vison, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

  • Train and mentor other warehouse associates, current and new hires.
  • Provide day to day technical support to warehouse associates in relation to standard process and problem solving.
  • Receive, pick, pack, inspect and ship products to customers
  • Verify and process customer orders to their specifications, ensuring accuracy of shipments
  • Track all inventory through the use of radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure accurate inventory
  • Meet key metrics as defined by Warehouse Leaders which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Maintain the safety and security of all associates
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled
  • Support key warehouse areas as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and nonverbal
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Demonstrates expertise in required functional areas of the warehouse

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a distribution warehouse
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

Hours - 3rd shift is 4 10-hour days Sunday through Wednesday 9 pm - 7 am
