Location: Hobart, IN
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour
About Us
Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America. We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Associate who wants to become a part of an elite team.
The position is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including the shipping, receiving, storing, handling, and preparing of HVAC equipment while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
The Role
The Warehouse Associate- 1st Shift manages inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling for HVAC equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, forklift operation, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. First-shift availability, weekend coverage, and overtime flexibility allow the team to maintain smooth warehouse operations while supporting field technicians efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage shipping, receiving, storing, and handling of HVAC equipment
• Prepare materials and equipment for service calls and installations
• Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning technology and computer systems
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Lift and move HVAC equipment up to 75 lbs multiple times per shift
• Stand, crouch, kneel, or alternate positions as required to perform warehouse tasks
• Assist with weekend coverage and overtime when necessary
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment
Required Qualifications
• 2-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in HVAC or similar industry
• Forklift certification required
• 5 years of experience in inventory control, shipping, and receiving
• 5 years of experience with scanning technology
• Exceptional computer skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs multiple times per shift
• Available for 1st shift, weekends, and overtime
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
