Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our shipping and receiving operations, ensuring our customers receive the right items exactly when they expect them. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, active worker who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in their accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Monitor daily order queues to ensure all shipments are prepared, packed, and shipped out on time to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Carefully check and verify all pulled orders against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy before boxing.
  • Shipping & Labeling: Create, print, and affix accurate shipping labels using our shipping software.
  • Returns Processing: Unpack, inspect, and process incoming customer returns quickly and accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Hands-On: Must be an active, energetic individual comfortable being on your feet and moving around the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to safely bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer knowledge is required to navigate our shipping platforms, print labels, and look up orders.
  • Numerical Accuracy: Strong basic math skills are essential for counting inventory, verifying order quantities, and processing returns.
  • Attention to Detail: Should be able to catch discrepancies during the order verification process.
