These challenges can be managed by staying organized, communicating proactively with team members, and following safety protocols to prevent errors and injuries. Many warehouses also implement shift adjustments or bring in temporary staff to help balance the workload, so being adaptable and open to schedule changes can be beneficial. Teamwork and time management are key to ensuring smooth operations during these busy periods.
