Job description

Warehouse Worker (Onsite)
Location: Timberlake, NC
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
About the Role:
Voltage is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker to execute day-to-day material handling activities: receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping. Reports to the Warehouse Manager. Directly supports production by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time and accurately.
What You'll Do:
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify against packing lists, and complete SAP goods receipt transactions
  • Put away raw materials and components to correct storage locations
  • Pick and stage materials for production work orders based on pick lists
  • Deliver materials to line-side locations and process component returns
  • Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory events
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards
  • Flag damaged or non-conforming material to the Warehouse Manager

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Basic computer skills - able to learn SAP transactions with training
  • Ability to read pick lists, labels, and simple drawings
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Prior SAP experience (MIGO, MB1B)
  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • Experience with lot control or FIFO inventory
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, stand/walk 8+ hours, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial trucks.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
