Job Title: Warehouse Worker


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of warehouse functions while rotating through replenishments, secondary, and other distribution-related assignments. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities:

- Perform all aspects of warehouse functions, including but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

- Rotate through replenishments, secondary, and other distribution-related assignments as needed.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders and shipments.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, preferred.

Requirements:

Essential Job Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain warehouse inventory levels for all orders as directed by DATA NINJA SYSTEM (or as directed by lead or supervisor). 
  • Accurately stock product locations with inventory maintaining current productivity standards. 
  • Put away inventory from receiving dock to secondary and/or warehouse locations. Consolidate inventory where appropriate. 
  • Assist in unloading containers, building pallets, and preparing product for secondary storage and/or various locations including production, assembly and blending. 
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment; sweep the floor, remove debris, pick up pallets, etc. 
  • Operate forklifts, stand-up and sit-down lifts, and other warehouse equipment including changing and watering batteries while maintaining safety standards at all times. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must adhere to workplace safety standards in all aspects of the job. 
  • Must adhere to all department policies and procedures. 
  • Must contribute to a team-working environment. 


 Minimum Qualification Standards:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques and tools. 
  • Requires the ability to read and write English; must also be able to count and perform basic math. 
  • Must have the ability to perform basic data entry into a computer and operate an RF gun. 
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to recognize and correct errors. 
  • Must be able to take instructions, follow directions, and meet productivity standards. 
  • Must be certified to operate a forklift, stand-up lift machines, and other warehouse equipment. 
  • Requires a working knowledge of DATA NINJA. 
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods. 


Equipment, Machines, and Software Used: 

  • This position requires some use of scales, Ability to interpret machine settings with some understanding of computer functions. 
  • Physical Activities and Requirements: 
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds. Requires ability to continually stand and walk for up to 10-hour days.
