Job description

Warehouse Lumper ($20/hr) – Compton, CA

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Compton, CA
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Day & Night available)


Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Work Schedule:

  • Day Shift: Typically Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed based on volume
  • Night Shift: Typically Sunday–Thursday, with Fridays as needed based on volume


Job Overview:

We’re hiring Warehouse Lumpers to join our team in Compton, CA. This role focuses on unloading containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Containers are generally straightforward, with manageable workloads, making this a great opportunity for dependable and hardworking individuals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Unload containers manually, safely and efficiently
  • Handle freight averaging under 1,500 boxes per container
  • Maintain a consistent and productive pace
  • Follow all warehouse safety guidelines
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily goals


Performance Standards:

  • Average 1 container every 2 hours
  • Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and safety
