Wheeling, WV | $16-$17/Hour | Full-Time | Night Shift
Express Employment Professionals is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates and Order Pickers for reputable companies in Wheeling, WV, including a medical supply warehouse and a convenience store distribution warehouse. Warehouse Associate & Order Picker Responsibilities
  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • For applicable assignments, select products from cooler and freezer warehouse areas according to customer orders.
  • Receive and process incoming shipments on the warehouse dock.
  • Scan products and track inventory using RF scanners or other warehouse technology.
  • Break down, organize, and stage product for inventory processing.
  • Pack and prepare items for shipment, including small and large products.
  • Stage completed orders for shipping and distribution.
  • Lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift.
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Follow applicable warehouse safety, quality control, product handling, and sanitation procedures.
  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe.
  • Work independently while also supporting the overall warehouse team.
  • Rotate between different warehouse duties as needed.

Cooler & Freezer Warehouse Requirements - Applicable Assignment
The convenience store distribution assignment requires employees to work in cold storage areas, including cooler and freezer environments. These requirements do not apply to the medical supply warehouse assignment.
  • Ability to work in freezer temperatures ranging from 0°F to -10°F for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, and move for 8+ hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, order picker, picker/packer, shipping, receiving, inventory, distribution, medical supply, cooler, freezer, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
