Job description

Aver Sign Company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Janitor / Warehouse & Yard Helper to support our daily operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility while assisting with warehouse and yard responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks both indoors and outdoors. This is a hands-on position that helps ensure our facility, warehouse, and yard remain organized and operational.
Janitorial Duties

·       Clean and maintain office areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
·       Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility
·       Empty trash and recycling containers
·       Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
·       Help maintain a safe and clean working environment
 
Warehouse Support

·       Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
·       Assist with receiving and stocking materials
·       Help prepare materials for production and installation teams
·       Move materials and supplies as needed
·       Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
 
Yard Support

·       Keep outdoor yard and storage areas clean and organized
·       Assist with loading and unloading materials
·       Remove debris and maintain safe outdoor work areas
·       Support facility maintenance projects as needed
 
Qualifications

·       High school diploma or equivalent preferred
·       Previous janitorial, warehouse, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
·       Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
·       Dependable attendance and punctuality
