Job description

Job Summary:

Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution business in (Bloomington, CA).

Will make an impact in the following ways:

Receive incoming goods and check for damage and discrepancies

Accurately sort, label, store, and organize inventory to optimize warehouse space

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders based on customer or internal requests

Perform system transactions and maintain accurate inventory records

Operate warehouse equipment (manual or automated) safely and efficiently

Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and support continuous improvement initiatives

Must be able to prioritize work orders, coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments, identify and resolve delays, and drive positive KPI by picking and staging correctly and efficiently.

Knowledge of cycle counts, variance tracking, trend analysis, and reconciliation a plus.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

Ability to prioritize work orders and coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments

Experience identifying and resolving delays or discrepancies

Strong attention to detail with picking, staging, and inventory accuracy

Basic experience with warehouse systems and transactions

Knowledge of cycle counts, variance tracking, and inventory reconciliation (preferred)

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
