Shipping & Receiving Associate

Pay: Starting at $24.00+/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Openings: 2 Positions Available

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Unload, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
