Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and team-oriented individual to support our warehouse operations two days per week. The primary responsibility of this position is to properly pack and box company products for shipment. The role will also assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing company materials and products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully pack and box products to prevent damage during shipment.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments accurately and on time.
  • Verify products, quantities, shipping labels, and documentation.
  • Receive incoming materials and compare deliveries with packing slips.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • Organize products, packaging supplies, and warehouse materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Assist with basic inventory and shipping records.
  • Work cooperatively with office, warehouse, and other team members.
  • Perform other related warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work a consistent two-day-per-week schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Comfortable following written packing and shipping instructions.
  • Professional workplace communication and basic office skills.
