What is warehouse scanning?

Warehouse scanning refers to the use of handheld or stationary barcode scanners to track and manage inventory within a warehouse. Employees scan items when they are received, moved, picked, or shipped, ensuring accurate and real-time updates to inventory records. These skills ensure accurate inventory control, smooth warehouse operations, and minimal errors in order fulfillment.
