Job description

Responsibilities

Position summary: 

As a Warehouse Employee in our distribution center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, and unloading inventory while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations and help meet customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications

Essential functions:

Accurately and timely pick, package and process customer orders

Receive all in-bound product

Put-away product into appropriate locations

Operate equipment, including reach truck, order picker, speed cart, and dock trucks

Operate radio frequency units (RF's)

Use of autonomous robots

Count and multiply product accurately

Physically move product

Work in team environment

Verbal and written communication skills


Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency

Must be able to communicate effectively in English

The employee will be frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle product, reach with hands and arms, frequently be required to sit and stoop. Rarely will the employee be required to climb. The employee will frequently be required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will occasionally be required to operate equipment from heights of up to 25ft.

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to heat, humidity, cold temperatures and dust. The employee will frequently work on or around moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. The employee will frequently work with deadlines under pressure and will occasionally be required to work alone.

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range:  19.14/hr to 23.86/hr
