Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3+ years of material handling/warehouse experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks, or similar equipment.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a high-volume distribution center or large retail environment.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to maintain forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform picking, packing, auditing, receiving, put-away, replenishment, loading, and cycle counting activities.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up dock trucks, order pickers, sit-down forklifts, tuggers, and walkie riders.
  • Build shipping crates and assist with assembly-related tasks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve warehouse discrepancies.
  • Work closely with supervisors, inventory control, inbound, and outbound teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and productivity standards.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP or PKMS Warehouse Management System experience.
  • 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
