Distribution Center Team Member
Location:
Fulton, MO
Pay: $18.75 - $22.25 per hour
We are currently hiring full-time Distribution Center Team Members for multiple departments, including:
  • Shipping
  • Order Picking
  • Material Handling
  • Loading
  • Janitorial (2nd Shift)
Available Shifts:
1st Shift
Monday-Friday
6:30 AM until work is completed (typically 8-12 hour shifts)
2nd Shift
Sunday-Thursday
6:00 PM until work is completed
Be a key player in getting products from the warehouse to store shelves - and into the hands of happy customers!
Our team is growing, and we're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our Shipping and Picking Team.
What You'll Do
As part of the warehouse crew, you'll help make sure our merchandise moves quickly, safely, and accurately:
  • Load carts into semi trailers for shipment to stores
  • Pick boxes of product from a moving conveyor belt and securely stack them on top of loaded carts for safe transport Operate an RTC (Roll-Tainer Carrier) to pull merchandise from warehouse racks
  • Load product onto carts and deliver them to the loading area using the RTC
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where safety and efficiency are top priorities

  • You're physically capable of lifting, stacking, and moving product throughout your shift
  • You enjoy staying active and working on your feet in a fast-paced setting
  • You're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn new skills
  • Warehouse experience or forklift/RTC operation is a plus-but not required (we provide training!)
