About the Role:
As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you'll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks.
This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
  • Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
  • Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors.
  • Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
  • Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
  • Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
  • Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
  • DOT driver license or ability to pass test. CDL not required.
  • Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
