Job Overview:
The Warehouse Associate position is identified by two separate positions: Shipping and Receiving. We are looking to fill our open position(s) with individuals that are hardworking, detail oriented, and above all a good culture fit. Our atmosphere is fast-paced and challenging, but offers great rewards.
Receiving: we expect our warehouse associates to be able to unload inbound trucks, separate merchandise, accurately count and receive merchandise, and strategically manage warehouse inventory.
Shipping: we expect our warehouse associates to complete outbound orders by: going to specific locations designated by individual pick tickets, strategically staging orders on pallets, which includes stacking, wrapping, measuring, and weighing merchandise, and loading outbound trucks.
Job Details:
  • This is a full-time position based on completion of a trial period.
  • Typical work week is Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm. Occasional work Saturdays may be required.
  • This is an hourly position
  • No travel is expected for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and finish orders for pickup or delivery according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, load, ship)
  • Receive inventory shipments into warehouse by sorting, separating, and storing products in warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Competencies:
  • Forklift - Our warehouse associates primary tool for unloading/loading merchandise, staging merchandise, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
  • RF Scanner - Our warehouse associates primary tool for receiving, picking, or moving inventory is done with a RF Scanner.
  • Attention to Detail - must be able to process inventory in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Communication/Teamwork - must be a team player with good communication skills.
  • Work Ethic - must be hard working with an eagerness to learn.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • May require prolonged sitting, driving, forklift vibration
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds or more for the duration of the workday
