This role is highly sought after and requires high accuracy in using RF scanning technology to retrieve products. Your responsibilities:
- Execute high-accuracy order retrieval by utilizing handheld RF scanners, voice-picking headsets, or digital systems to locate, scan, and pull inventory from storage locations.
- Navigate warehouse aisles efficiently, following the optimal picking route to meet productivity targets and ensure swift order fulfillment.
- Load selected inventory onto manual or electric pallet jacks, carts, or industrial vehicles (depending on client site needs) for transport to staging or packing areas.
- Conduct immediate verification of product codes (SKUs) and quantities, flagging any inventory discrepancies or product damages encountered.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and easily accessible picking zone, consistently adhering to all warehouse safety and procedural guidelines.
