Job description

The Techline Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various tasks within a warehouse such as receiving and processing incoming materials. The Warehouse Associate safely delivers material(s), tracks warehouse inventory and loads and unloads deliveries. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle the reception and processing of incoming goods and materials including verifying the contents of shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and inspect items for damage.
  • Responsible for packing orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain stock materials which includes the organization and retrieval of materials. 
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, forklifts, push carts, and other equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse and comply with all company policies, and other state or federal policies.
  • Adhere to all Company safety procedures, including performing daily safety inspections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel to few warehouse locations every other day. 

Skills and Abilities

  • Able to work in a warehouse environment, adapting to seasonal temperature changes and inclement weather.
  • Able to meet physical requirements. Actions include but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, cutting wire, lifting up to fifty (50) lbs.or more without assistance, and more.
  • Able to perform basic computing tasks.
  • Able to operate and use standard office equipment including but not limited to: computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Supervisory Responsibility

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
