Job description

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for efficiently receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting daily operations to meet company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect shipments for damage and verify orders against packing slips and invoices.
  • Store materials and products in designated locations in an organized manner.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (if certified).
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
