Job description

Position Summary / Why This Role Matters
The Production/Warehouse Associate plays an important role in supporting our Nashville manufacturing facility, where filters are produced for our field operations. This entry-level position helps keep materials moving, supports production equipment and packing activities, and ensures finished products are handled accurately and safely. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn in a hands-on environment. Success in this role comes from reliability, consistency, quality focus, and a strong commitment to safety.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support both warehouse and production operations, including:
  • Receive, inspect, move, and store raw materials, components, and supplies.
  • Pull, stage, and deliver materials needed for daily filter production.
  • Work at packing tables to package, label, inspect, and prepare finished filters for shipment.
  • Operate or assist with pleater machines and other manufacturing equipment as trained.
  • Support production line activities by loading materials, monitoring product flow, and keeping work areas organized.
  • Verify product counts, labels, and packaging for accuracy and report quality issues or material shortages promptly.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and support general warehouse organization and material handling.
  • Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with line setup, replenishment, cleanup, and other production support tasks as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to help meet daily production and shipping goals.
What We Are Looking For
We welcome candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and support warehouse, packing, and machine-related tasks.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.
Preferred
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience.
  • Experience working at packing tables, on production lines, or around basic manufacturing equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation, including pleater machines.
  • Experience with pallet jacks, hand tools, scanners, or related warehouse equipment.
Success Measures
You will be successful in this role by consistently supporting safe, accurate, and efficient production operations.
  • Consistent attendance, reliability, and flexibility to support assigned work areas.
  • Accurate packaging, labeling, material handling, and quality checks.
  • Safe work practices and effective support of daily production and shipping goals.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This role is based in our Nashville manufacturing facility and includes warehouse and production floor responsibilities.
  • Work may be performed in the warehouse, at packing tables, and around production equipment such as pleater machines; exposure to noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures is expected.
  • The role requires standing, walking, repetitive motion, and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. with required PPE based on the work area.
  • Schedule may align to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business needs; specific shift details will be reflected in the job ad.
Equal Opportunity and Important Notices
  • BFC Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes employment decisions without regard to any status protected by applicable law.
  • Employment is at-will unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.
  • Offers may be contingent on job-related background screening, drug screening, and/or motor vehicle record review, consistent with applicable law.
