We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to receive deliveries, organize inventory, prepare materials for upcoming jobs, and help maintain a clean and efficient warehouse. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but we are also willing to train a motivated candidate who is organized, reliable, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure our technicians have the parts, equipment, tools, and materials they need before leaving for the day's jobs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries
  • Verify shipments against packing slips and report missing or damaged items
  • Stock HVAC equipment, parts, tools, materials, and shop supplies
  • Pull and stage equipment and materials for service and installation jobs
  • Assist technicians with locating and checking out warehouse items
  • Help track inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
  • Maintain accurate labels and designated storage locations
  • Prepare materials for returns, warranty claims, and vendor pickups
  • Keep the warehouse, loading areas, and surrounding workspaces clean and organized
  • Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles
  • Help track company tools, equipment, and other warehouse assets
  • Follow company safety procedures when handling equipment and materials
  • Complete local parts or equipment deliveries as needed
  • Support seasonal inventory counts and warehouse organization projects
