1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Charlotte, NC 28214
$21 an hour +overtime-Contract to Hire

This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and clean workspace, and supports efficient warehouse operations to meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
  • Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and inventory transactions.
  • Load outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Follow company safety procedures and comply with OSHA regulations.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to management.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
