Job Description

This role supports operation by receiving, shipping, picking, and packing and related equipment. You accurately manage inventory using computer applications, primarily Excel and Word, while working in a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive equipment into the warehouse, verifying quantities and inspecting for accuracy and condition.
• Prepare equipment for shipment, including packing, labeling, and staging orders according to established procedures.
• Pick and pack orders accurately based on order documentation and inventory records.
• Use computer applications, including Excel, to maintain accurate inventory records and track incoming and outgoing items.
• Perform inventory control tasks such as counting, organizing, and updating stock levels for servers and related components.
• Follow established processes for shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle mechanical and general labor tasks related to warehouse operations, such as basic assembly or disassembly of equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and support overall warehouse efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Experience with picking and packing orders in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes, including handling servers or technical equipment.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word, for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory records.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse setting, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
• Comfort working with mechanical or assembly-related tasks as needed in a warehouse environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical assembly or construction-related tasks in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with handling technical equipment such as servers or similar hardware.
• Ability to follow established procedures and adapt to evolving warehouse processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, NV.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
