Job Title: Warehouse Associate- Order Filler

Location: Aurora, CO

Shift Schedule (both available):

  • Monday- Friday – 7AM – 3:30PM
  • Monday–Friday 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Over Time: Overtime may be required based on business needs

Pay Rate: $19.50 -$22.50

Position Overview

Flexpak is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates – Order Filler to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards throughout the warehouse.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, is comfortable operating material handling equipment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and dependability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, fill, and stage customer orders from inventory across designated warehouse zones
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
  • Perform visual and physical inspections to ensure order accuracy and product quality
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse organization
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to supervisors
  • Follow all company procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines
  • Be willing to work mandatory overtime as required to meet operational and business needs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • One to two years of prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Sign-On Bonus Program – $2,000

Flexpak offers a one-time $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments over the first year of employment:

  • $500 paid every three (3) months at approximately 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment
  • Employee must be actively employed at the time of each payment
  • Employee must be meeting performance and attendance expectations at the time of payout
  • Payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings

Note: This sign-on bonus is a one-time incentive and does not recur or convert into base pay.

6-Month Performance Review & Wage Increase Eligibility

Employees are eligible for a formal performance review after six (6) months of employment.

  • Based on performance, attendance, and role effectiveness, employees may be eligible for an hourly wage increase of up to $2.00
  • Wage increases are not automatic and are determined based on documented performance outcomes and business needs

Employees are eligible for health benefits starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Additional perks include employer contributions to the HSA and access to a robust retirement plan, and PTO program. Detailed information will be provided during onboarding or upon request.

This job complies with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act by providing transparency in compensation.

Employees are entitled to accrue and use paid leave as per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA). Specific details will be provided upon hire.
