Packaging Machine and Warehouse Shipping Operator
Job Description
A packaging machine and warehouse shipping operator will fill canisters and process orders on the packaging machine for custom vitamin packets as well as other types of packaged products. This position may be called upon for special projects within packaging, operations and warehouse shipping as needs arise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work cohesively with Quality Control to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • GMP orientation will be required
  • Fill canisters and restock other components as needed
  • Process orders for packaging
  • Prepare final boxes and products for Quality Control review
  • Assist with inventory counts and preparation monthly as needed
  • Filling vitamin and supplement orders to be shipped.
  • Retrieving mail from mailbox
  • All orders to be shipped are filled by 4:15pm
  • Shipping Supplies stocked, ready for use the next day
  • UPS boxes filled under table and on shelves
  • All receiving completed and invoices turned in
  • Load and drive product requests from main store location.
  • Rotation of stock
  • Maintain an organized warehouse
  • Assist in monthly inventory physical count
  • Maintain shipping supplies
