JOB DESCRIPTION: The Warehouse Night Associate works in the warehouse and picks and builds orders, loads trucks, moves inventory and operates warehouse equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Friendly and professional communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams and convey issues proactively
  • Dependable worker, arriving on time and ready to work
  • Solid attention to detail to ensure assignments are completed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner while maintaining all safety standards
  • Strong willingness to learn, develop and grow skill set
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to best-in-class service
  • Acts with honesty and transparency and treats others with respect, dignity and fairness
  • Builds rapport with colleagues and retailers, and is welcoming to all
  • Able to reach, twist and bend
  • Able to lift up to 175 lbs. multiple times a day
  • Able to work with and be certified with forklifts, order pickers and other warehouse product handling equipment
  • Can read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide at high school equivalency level
  • Proficient using a computer or tablet and able to learn job specific programs
  • Valid driver's license preferred, government issued id required
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and lift test

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Report for work on time and appropriately dressed.???
  • Load and unload route delivery trucks.
  • Check route trucks in and out.
  • Receive and ship products, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
  • Prepare all required reports promptly.
  • Operate company equipment safely and according to company and OSHA guidelines.
  • Adhere to supplier and company quality and freshness standards in inventory and loading practices.
  • Maintain a clean warehouse environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
