Familiarity with major WMS platforms (such as SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, or Oracle WMS), barcode/RFID systems, and relevant certifications are highly valued. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills help drive smooth implementations and effective cross-team collaboration. These abilities are critical for optimizing warehouse operations, reducing errors, and ensuring efficient product flow throughout the supply chain.

Implementing or maintaining a Warehouse Management System often involves challenges such as integrating the WMS with existing enterprise software, managing data accuracy, and ensuring that staff are adequately trained on the new system. Additionally, adapting workflows to leverage the full capabilities of the WMS and handling any downtime or technical issues can be difficult, especially in fast-paced warehouse environments. Collaboration with IT, operations, and logistics teams is crucial to address these challenges effectively and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
