By ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes, this position directly impacts customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and overall business performance. Additionally, the role contributes to scaling operations effectively, supporting the companyโ€™s growth while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and accountability.

Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Warehouse Coordinator, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, safety, and teamwork
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review KPIs and support development
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR
  • Address performance issues promptly and recognize strong performance
Operational Oversight & Strategy
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, and facility maintenance

  • Manage stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and inventory protection
Process Improvement & Systems
