Key Responsibilities:

  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high levels of productivity. Provide training as needed to ensure team members are equipped with necessary skills.
  4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and procedures to create a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of outbound shipments. Address any quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
