Job description

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within our logistics (3PL) warehouse. This role will handle shipping and receiving activities, inventoryaccuracy, order fulfillment, and returns processing while ensuring all Elegant Additions policies arefollowed. The Warehouse Lead will train and guide warehouse & delivery staff to ensure efficient operations,accuracy, and compliance with company standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Polished warehouse team in day-to-day operations.
  • Train and hold warehouse staff accountable to Elegant Additions policies andprocedures.
  • Partner with EA Operations and Logistics Managers to coordinate the shipping andreceiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • Maintain an organized and streamlined warehouse environment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accuratefulfillment.
  • Manage the returns process to ensure timely and accurate handling of returneditems.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing and Operations Manager to determine appropriate actions for returned items.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory
    management, and order fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.


Required Skills:
