Bilingual Warehouse Lead | $18 hr to $20 hr.| Monday- Friday 7:00 am-5:00pm

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced, bilingual Team Leads to oversee groups of approximately 20 employees in a fast-paced warehouse/operations environment. This role goes beyond a standard Group Lead position — candidates must be able to manage workflow processes, support daily operations, and help keep projects running efficiently across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of approximately 20 associates
  • Coordinate and manage daily workflow and production processes
  • Set up work assignments and communicate daily updates/messages to the team
  • Track and manage time in/time out across multiple projects and departments
  • Support operational efficiency while maintaining attention to detail
  • Perform accurate data entry and system updates
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
  • Assist with resolving workflow and staffing issues as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual required
  • Computer savvy with strong attention to detail
  • Experience navigating:
