About You: We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor, to oversee LVC's warehouse. This positionย is responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, purchasing support, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, and material distribution. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Service Managers, Field Supervisors, and vendors to ensure projects have the materials needed to remain on schedule.

Location:ย On-Site, Tempe, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all warehouse operations and personnel
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using inventory management software
  • Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments
  • Organize warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval
  • Pull, stage and distribute materials for service and construction projects
  • Coordinate deliveries to project sites and technicians.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
  • Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of materials.
  • Coordinate equipment returns, warranty items, and vendor returns.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Assist with tool management, and equipment tracking.
  • Work closely with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Experience in the construction, electrical, fire protection, or low-voltage industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with inventory control systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm, security, suppression, or electrical materials.
  • CDL or experience operating delivery vehicles is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and walk throughout the workday.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
