  • 3+ years at Liberty or 5+ years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Proven abilities implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledgeable of relevant safety practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Initiates, coordinates, and enforces operational programs, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to tasks and following up on work results.
  • Identifies and develops employees' skills and offers constructive feedback on employee's performance.
  • Monitors and completes numerous computer based and manual reports for related paperwork regarding incoming deliveries and crew usage.
  • Ensures warehouse is stocked with adequate inventory to support company operations, while clearing out obsolete inventory as needed.
  • Controls inventory with daily cycle counts and full quarterly physical counts.
  • Works alongside AP and Supply Chain to assist in invoice resolution.
