Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet operational demands
  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of tires, wheels, parts, and related inventory
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices
  • Coordinate maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to support customer needs and business objectives
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inventory records

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse management or inventory management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations
  • Experience supervising and developing employees
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the tire, automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial industry is preferred
  • Forklift certification or experience preferred

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as needed
