Job description

We're looking for someone who loves creating order out of chaos.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the warehouse and inventory operations for a growing construction company. You won't be one person on a large warehouse floor. You'll be the person responsible for making sure our tools, materials, equipment, and inventory are organized, tracked, and ready for our teams.

As our Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for the warehouse. You'll have the autonomy to build and improve systems, work directly with leadership, and make decisions that directly impact how efficiently our teams operate. We're looking for someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

This role is a blend of hands-on warehouse organization and computer-based inventory management. If you enjoy creating systems, staying organized, solving problems, and using technology to keep things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, tools, equipment, and materials
  • Receive, label, and organize incoming inventory and packages
  • Track inventory using Microsoft Excel and company spreadsheets
  • Stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and identify shortages
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
  • Coordinate with field teams to make sure they have the tools and materials they need
  • Assist with occasional facility organization and special projects
  • Identify and implement improvements to warehouse and inventory systems
What We're Looking For
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Honest, dependable, and accountable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and common sense
  • Comfortable balancing computer work with hands-on physical work
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Microsoft Excel experience is required
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, or logistics experience preferred
Schedule, Benefits & Pay
  • $22–$25/hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Flexible daytime schedule with a 7 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM start time
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • PTO and paid holidays
Why Advosy?

This isn't just a job where you'll be moving boxes and following a checklist. You'll own an important part of our operation. You'll help build systems, improve efficiency, and directly support the teams that keep our projects moving.

Advosy is a growing company where people are encouraged to take ownership, solve problems, and make things better. You'll work directly with leadership, have a voice in how things are done, and have the opportunity to grow your responsibilities as the company grows.
