Warehouse & Inventory Manager - Small Construction Company - 35 hrs/wk

Advosy

Mesa, AZ

$23 - $25/hr

Full-time

Job description

Looking for a warehouse role that's different from the typical distribution center?

Advosy is hiring a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations. This is not a large shipping or fulfillment warehouse. Instead, you'll be responsible for organizing inventory, equipment, tools, and materials that keep our construction teams running efficiently.

This role is a blend of hands-on warehouse organization and computer-based inventory management. If you enjoy creating systems, staying organized, and using technology to keep everything running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, tools, equipment, and materials
  • Receive, label, and stock incoming inventory
  • Track inventory using Microsoft Excel and company spreadsheets
  • Stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects
  • Keep accurate inventory records and identify shortages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure they have the tools and materials they need
  • Assist with occasional facility organization and special projects
  • Recommend improvements to warehouse organization and inventory systems
What We're Looking For
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Honest, dependable, and accountable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and common sense
  • Comfortable balancing computer work with hands-on physical tasks
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel is required
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, or logistics experience is preferred
Schedule & Pay
  • $25/hour
  • Typically 35 hours per week (30-40 hours depending on business needs)
  • Flexible daytime schedule, with 8:00 AM-3:00 PM or 9:00 AM-4:00 PM preferred
  • Monday-Friday
Why Advosy?

This is an opportunity to own an important part of our operation—not just work in a warehouse. You'll help build systems, improve efficiency, and directly support the teams that keep our projects moving. As our company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to grow your role and responsibilities alongside it.
