Mercer Technical Services (MTS), a Quanta Services company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations supporting infrastructure logistics and material management activities. This role is responsible for inventory control, warehouse personnel leadership, operational efficiency, and material coordination to support active projects and field operations.

The Warehouse Manager will ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, tracked, stored, and distributed while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. MTS supports specialized logistics, warehousing, and transportation for energy and infrastructure contractors across North America.


  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material staging, shipping, and storage activities
  • Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate workloads to support operational and project needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control best practices
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and field teams regarding material availability and project support requirements
  • Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance standards
  • Support procurement, material forecasting, and equipment tracking processes
  • Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Prepare operational reports and inventory updates for management

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience with leadership responsibility
  • Experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, construction, or logistics operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience preferred
