Job description

About Our Client
Our client is an entrepreneurial and fast-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) company that has rapidly expanded its operations to meet increasing market demand. Originally founded in 2021 by two co-founders starting from humble beginnings in a public storage facility , the business has scaled significantly over a short period of time. This impressive growth includes the acquisition of a business employing over 3,000 people. While the company initially relied on third-party partners to fulfill orders, ship products, hold inventory, and distribute to customers , today all operations are managed fully in-house to reflect a focus on operational excellence. The organization currently serves four primary wholesale and distributor customers and is in a critical scaling phase with evolving operations.
The Opportunity
This is an incredible opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a rapidly growing organization. The company is actively scaling its operational capacity, improving process efficiency, and building out a cohesive team to support long-term growth. In this position, you will help transition warehouse operations from a stagnant state into a highly efficient, engaging, and culturally strong environment. The organization is looking for an agile leader who can adapt to rapid change, drive efficiency, and lead from the front to support the business's massive growth initiatives. As operations continue to expand, there is significant potential for future distribution channel expansion across the US, providing an exciting runway for ambitious professionals.
The Location
This role is a fully in-office position based in Miami, Florida. The facility is located in Miami-Dade County. You will be leading a dedicated on-site team of five employees, which includes three warehouse technicians and associates.
What You Will Do
  • You will spend 60% to 70% of your time on the warehouse floor working directly with your team.
  • You will lead from the front, actively helping the team with hands-on manual labor, including floor loading new products and palletizing boxes.
  • You will manage critical daily inventory and distribution tasks, which includes receiving one to three shipping containers every single week.
  • You will coordinate the shipment of approximately four to five full truckloads, as well as about ten partial truckloads across the US to customers and warehouses weekly.
  • You will log proof of deliveries and other information into software systems like Odoo to ensure that audits are seamless.
  • You will perform weekly cycle counts and monthly end-of-month (EOM) inventories to resolve discrepancies and ensure top-tier inventory accuracy.
  • You will interact daily with Finance, and regularly collaborate with shipping companies, LTL providers, HR, accounting, marketing, and occasionally C-level executives.

Who You Are
  • You are a hungry, accountable professional with excellent time management skills who leads by example.
  • You are open-minded, highly adaptable, and excited to work in an ever-changing environment.
  • You are deeply committed to building a positive, engaged culture in the warehouse rather than simply overseeing the facility.
  • You are not afraid of hard work and are entirely comfortable jumping in to do manual labor alongside your team, touching every single box when required.

The Ideal Candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, while additional training in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain is considered a strong plus. You must bring three or more years of warehouse experience coupled with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Fluency in Spanish is a strict requirement for this role. You should possess a solid working knowledge of inventory control practices, including FIFO/FEFO rotation, lot traceability requirements, and cycle counting. Experience utilizing ERP or WMS systems, particularly Odoo, along with basic computer applications is highly preferred. Candidates bringing experience in building out warehouses from the ground up, redesigning spaces, or managing shelving layout designs will stand out significantly as the company continues to expand.
Flexibility & Work-Life Integration
This position operates fully in-office to ensure hands-on leadership. Standard team hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though team members regularly arrive at 8:00 AM. As a committed leader, you will be expected to show up early and leave late when necessary to meet operational demands. Leadership heavily preaches effective time management, offering the flexibility to let team members leave early with full pay for the day if all tasks are successfully accomplished.
Why Join the Team?
Joining this company means becoming part of a highly dynamic environment driven by young leadership. There is fantastic synergy across all parties, and the company values building a strong "culture vulture" environment where hard work is celebrated and the team is treated exceptionally well. You will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% company-paid employee medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 99% coverage for dependents. Furthermore, the company offers generous PTO , a 401K plan featuring a 5% match , and an annual year-end bonus driven primarily by company performance.
