Job description

Communication Data Link is looking for a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. This position is for a fiber construction company. This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations that ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a solid understanding of inventory control.

Qualifications:

· The ability to prioritize tasks, maintain order, and manage time effectively.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to ensure materials and tools are always in order.

· Accurately and efficiently pull and distribute materials and various stock. items to fulfill requests and work orders.

· Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to. predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to switch gears quickly as needs arise.

· Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.

· Experience in Excel.

· Forklift/Telehandler experience and certification is a must.

· Willingness to jump into different assignments as needed like coordinating, operating the GPR, and door hanging notifications around town.

What to expect in this position:

· Working in all weather conditions from time to time, dress appropriately.

· The role will require lifting heavy items and being on one’s feet for. extended periods of time.

· Variety like filling in different roles as needed, like door hanging.

· Other duties as assigned.
