Job Summary

Manage a nuclear warehouse operation to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient receipt, storage, issue, and distribution of materials supporting plant operations. Accountable for inventory integrity, quality documentation, team performance, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement in alignment with company policies, regulatory commitments, and industry practices.

Job Description

  • Lead and develop warehouse personnel in alignment with Vistra Core Values while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

  • Direct warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, issuing, shipping, tool management, and material handling to support plant operations and maintenance activities.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, quality standards, environmental expectations, and safety procedures.

  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, material traceability, shelf-life management, Min/Max planning, and inventory optimization activities.

  • Develop and coordinate employee training, qualifications, and workforce development programs to ensure personnelproficiencyand operational readiness.

  • Maintainquality documentation and warehouse records while supporting testing programs, procurement quality processes, and material-related issue resolution.

  • Ensure warehouse facilities, storage environments, and material handling equipment aremaintainedin a safe, compliant, and operationally ready condition.
