The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, packaging, and shipment of medical devices and instrumentation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control procedures
- Organize and stock warehouse inventory and materials
- Process shipping documentation and tracking information
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and kitting of medical devices and surgical instruments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts
- Follow all company quality system and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or distribution experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
